Frequently Asked Questions
If you exceed your limits, you will be charged $0.20 per 1000 emails over the quota. You will be notified regularly via email on your usage status. We offer options to cap usage per SMTP user or Transactional Key.
We do have a partner program for large senders or web hosting providers with unlimited sending arrangements. Please contact us for more information.
If you exceed your plan's email limits, we won't cut you off. Additional emails will be charged at a per-email rate based on your plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can decide whether to upgrade.
All Pro and higher plans include unlimited domains.
We do not offer a free trial, however we have a generous free forever tier.
If you are on the Pro or higher plan, you can send from any domain without requiring validation through the Dashboard.
